You’ve heard it a million times: actions speak louder than words. The message you send to the world is clearest in the choices you make. Sometimes these choices seem simple: a bath or a shower, paper or plastic, conventional or organic. When you begin to consider the environmental impact of your decisions, however, they can become much more complicated.

At Go Green Guidance, we want to help you reduce your environmental impact by making choices that will benefit you and the world at large. By helping you identify the best green products, suppliers, and practices to suit your lifestyle, you can make the statement that you care about what happens to the planet. We can show you that making a positive impact on the earth can be the simplest choice you’ll ever make.

Let us help you find the savings in saving the planet.

There's plenty you can do to help our planet on its day. Here are a few special tips for this Earth Day. Click here to learn more about the date aimed to celebrate the planet and increase environmental awareness.

• Trade in your light bulbs

This Earth Day, trade up to more efficient lighting. If you bring your incandescent bulbs to be recycled at the Tempe IKEA on April 22, they will trade you one efficient CFL bulb.

• Get green with Superstition Farm

On Saturday, April 26, head over to Superstition Farm in Mesa, take a tour of a working dairy farm and learn some things you can do to help our planet.

• Recycle your old computer

AZStRUT is hosting a computer recycling day with sites all over the Valley. Bring your old computer, parts or accessories where they will either be refurbished or recycled. All refurbished computers will be donated to local non-profit organizations and schools.
